The reservation is guaranty to 6pm (if you do not reconfirm your later arrival by telephone) with your credit card number or must be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to one night to be secured.
Without a deposit or a reconfirmation call or email the day of your arrival, we can give your room to somebody else after 6pm

The hotel will considered any reservation cancelled, :
if your credit card failing, or in the case of a bad inscription required missing informations involving the disability of the payment;

For the reservations carried out on line, on other web sites , selling the hotel Hermitage, the cancellation policy is the policy of the web site you booked on.

All the payments can be carried out : cash, by the bank cards hereafter: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express.

The expenses of transactions by chart, caused by the variations of the rate of exchange or for all other reasons, have the responsibility of the purchaser. If it is not the case, will be notable to be turned over at the hotel concerned.

Low season : 7 days before arrival day. High season : 14 days before arrival day.

Deposits will only be reimboursed under these conditions.

Cancellation with a credit card number garantee

Cancellation before 48 hours before arrival date. After that, the amount of one night will be taken from your card.
